From March until the end of June, weight loss was slow but steady.
July brought a slight upswing with continued ups and downs.
Staying steady, knowing I will get the last few pounds off eventually.
I always enjoy reading everyone’s posts and especially the meal ideas!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
