Oh the horror of having to type a larger number...even if it was just one pound. Still, it was not fun. It's not water weight, I have no clue what. I'm gonna blame pizza hut lol. This week gonna exercise and slice my calorie count. Gonna show my body who's boss!

It is soooo hard. Yours will go back down again, look how great you've done this far. :) I keep losing the the same 1 lb, over and over. my weight chart is straight across with little bumps. :-( Signed up for weight watchers online...only to find that I (still) hate their "e-tools" and decided to come back here. It's gotta happen someday if I keep trying. New day, new Month, a couple new job prospects to consider...life is good (albeit very hectic). ;-) Have a great day!!!
