Well end of the first week, and I'm pretty happy with a solid 12 pound weight loss! I know I still have a long way to go but I think this is a pretty solid start. I walked 4 miles 4 times this week, I also did (3) 30 min cardio workouts, 3 days of resistance training and also played basketball and tennis a couple times this week. Looking forward to see what happens next week.
