Not much of an appetite, find I am getting full before finished and leave it behind. If I get hungry add extra protein. like to snack on pickles, sour, vinegar and salty. staying away from foods that I reach to. Got in some wheat in beer cheese sauce, nausea bloating, IBS, migraine. Have to be more careful in checking contents.
97.6 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
