I slipped on saturday and broke my ankle. My workout is ground to a halt for at least nine weeks. Eating on my plan requires a lot of prep....teenage boys aren't too interested and hubby isn't keen on it either.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
