Eating more soups after work as stomach almost cramping from fatigue and maybe a bit dehydrated.Thai coconut chicken soup is my latest favourite. I do drink frequently at work but so hot these days it is hard to keep up. Later in the evening will have a proper meal; smaller portions though as I only eat now what I feel like eating- as vigorous exercise always does for me.

Lunch is mini carrots and hummus, a square of really nice chocolate, melon cubes. Anything more substantial gives me indigestion ; I think because bending over so much and working hard. Again heat may be a part of it because last time I was doing field work, my favorite meal was lamb tongues.

morning break is a coconut, soy, or almond milk drink.

Need to keep up with the vitamin supplements as I am getting a cold sore- sure sign of not enough sleep and needing more B and C vitamins.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
