2 weeks of physical work out in the field makes all the difference.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you :-) I have found that after 2 weeks of vigorous physical exercise, my appetite flips to healthy stuff with no cravings for junk food, only an occasion small piece of a really good pie or cake.ie. a healthy balance. But it is soooo hard to find the time!
