I weigh myself daily and already I have lost 6 pounds in less than a week. I know it will slow down after the first 10 days or so. Do you guys weigh daily or weekly??

Everyday helps me to realize weight isn’t everything… I go up and down more like ( down up up up down down etc ) always changing.. water retention sodium intake etc… mainly just helps me stay accountable to myself … welcome a good luck!!!!!!!!!

Thank you! I don’t know where they come up with these insanely high RDI’s tho!

I weigh myself daily but only log the average if there's a change much at all. I use to log every weigh in but it became pointless to log a .1 loss or a 4# gain over night knowing it's just water and not real weight.

I weigh myself every day.
It is a guide for adjusting calorie intake and PFC balance.

Welcome, and good luck on your journey! I used to weigh daily, but have recently switched to weekly as my losses have slowed down (I've been eating off-plan a great deal in the last year). As I get back in stride I will probably begin logging my weight daily again.

I take a long Epsom salt, 2 c, bath, which removes excess water and toxins. I get out after 20 min. Sweat laying on a towel, get back in the hot tub for twenty minutes more. Sweat. Wash up and weigh. I have sometimes been down almost 2 pounds, but it helps me to see if I am holding fluid to get an accurate weight count.
