I have not exercised or lost weight. I was waiting until I could get my period under control. I have a tendency to bleed out of control so I am not allowed to do anything. I hope that this is the week for at least one pound. Over the last week I have gained and lost 5lbs twice. I am done with that. I will walk the 4 miles today as long as my period is gone.
So goals
walk at least 2 miles a day everyday until friday. be 176 by friday. no eating after 715pm no cake!!!!
