I have not exercised or lost weight. I was waiting until I could get my period under control. I have a tendency to bleed out of control so I am not allowed to do anything. I hope that this is the week for at least one pound. Over the last week I have gained and lost 5lbs twice. I am done with that. I will walk the 4 miles today as long as my period is gone.

So goals

walk at least 2 miles a day everyday until friday.
be 176 by friday.
no eating after 715pm
no cake!!!!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No cake???? What????? Just kidding of course!!! Thank goodness your visitor is almost gone!!! Whew!!! What a roller-coaster she has had you on!!! You KNOW you have not REALLY gained and lost 5 lbs twice ... well maybe a couple but most of that has been hormonal in nature. I hope you get to do your walk today. I know it will help you feel so much better!! I do think you will see at least 176 by Friday ... can't wait to hear!! Take care my friend!!
