So long 3 lbs! My plan is eat to live + gym 3 days a week (2 days light, 1 day intense). Thunder thighs don't get too comfortable over there
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
