The exercise is getting easier, I'm mixing it up more, so hopefully getting the areas that need the work. Started using the pre-set programs on the treadmill, they are shorter, but more intense. Continue with calisthenics, stretching and started with some YouTube videos of 10 minute spots. Man, those are tough, but also getting easier.

I shall prevail!
