you will drive yourself crazy with measurements at such short intervals. weight fluctuations in shory periods are very frequent and normal. mostly its due to variation in water weight. measure once every week or every 10 days.

weight won't increase in 1 day...so don't worry that increase is just because you must have stored food in your stomach. measure every 1 week
