My weight basically stayed the same. I am happy with this since I was not very good this past week with my do not eat/list. My pilates session with Theresa weht well. With the bills I have to pay on Friday I will left with very little for groceries. Andrea has an appointment with the food shelf this morning so hopefully she will get some assistance with that. Although, I am sure that she will not be able to get many items from good to eat list. I talked to Theresa about doing a detox program and she said there is a Pilates detox that is going to start in mid Feb at LTF. the cost of this detox program is about $350. She said I can split the payment up and pay for the detox kit on the 90Day weekend and then pay for the pilates/nutrition counceling sessions ($150.00) when they start in mid Feb. If I can keep my checking account out of the RED I should have enough money to do this. The detox kit comes with all the suppliments needed for the cleanse. I am hoping this will kick start my metabolism and start loosing serious weight each week instead of this up and down yoyo I have been on.
