Today, after dieting for the last week or so, finally got the nerve to see what the New Year's/Christmas damage was. I gained 7 pounds from last month. I'm not sure how accurage this is because I'm carrying a lot of water weight due to some recent med changes that are working me over (being of childbearing age is for the birds!). I'd imagine my actual weight is a 3 or so lbs less than that. I'll spend most of the next two weeks traveling and having little to no control over my food selections. All I can do is try to eat reasonable portions, get a lot of movement in, and try to make better choices when it's an option.
