well a lovely .2 and I feel aunt flo's arrival is soon. I guess weigh loss is weighloss. I was sick all week and only got a couple days of exercise but still, would have liked to see more. I'm gonna try to eat more veggies this week and see if that helps. I've been slowly grain carb eating more and more..not good. I'm a carb-o-holic.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
