So yet another false start and weight gain, almost back to what I was at my heaviest.
I know what I need to do but just can’t get my head into it for more than a day or two.
Anyway last week was lovely with meals out with friends and seeing family I’ve not seen since last year, so now again back on it and only sticking within my RDI for calories each day
