I fell off the wagon for a while but I'm back on! I really love that this app lets you nudge down the weight in even small increments, it's so gratifying. I am officially less fat than the fattest I'd ever been. 222 was my all-time high until I blew it away in 2020 and hit 240. 😂 I'm coming for you, 199!!!

Congrats on the loss! I'm looking forward to leaving the 200s too. Last time I was 190-something was 2016. Every day, just keep working at it. Lots of great inspiration here!
