Well today I hit over 300 lbs for the first time in almost a year. I mot feeling sorry for myself because I know when I'm screwing up and not doing nothing about it. I was feeling pretty good until we went into a lock down for Covid-19 and they shut the gym down. I got lazy and only went walking once and started eating junk food. So again I find myself saying " tomorrow is another day and start anew. Just sucks that I have no will power for eating but had no problem quitting smoking many many years ago.
