Yes, OMAD is eating one meal a day.
It is one form of Intermittent Fasting (IF) . Some fasted for 16 hours and have 8 hrs eating window or 18:6 or 20:4 or 23:1 . Disclaimer: Intermittent Fasting is not for everyone. And I certainly don’t do it all the time. I do It when I hit plateau ( not losing weight) , after gaining few kg from dining out or attending family dinner get together.

Wow that’s tough to do. What time do you have your meal? I find I have to have at least a broth in the evening to calm my hunger

I usually have my meal around 4pm.
But it hasn’t always been at exactly that time. Once I get used to it , I tend to stretch it a bit. There are days when I feel hungry even after drinking heaps of water, green tea , so I would break my fast early . So instead of doing 23 hours fasting, I will only do 20 hrs.
