The road trip this past week wasn't too bad, I only gained 2 pounds and most of that is fluid. I think restaurant food is overloaded with salt to get you to buy more drinks.
100.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
