8:8 🤯😑😑. Well, here are my thoughts on this. 🤔 I was 9st last Monday, but I had a massive Indian 🇮🇳 , late the night before, so let’s go back to the week before where I was 8:12. I could have lost 2lbs in that week which didn’t show because of the Indian, so now I am at 8:10 instead of the high 9st. I have eaten clean ,done a lot of lifting and walking this week and kept my calories around 1100/1200, so I could have lost another 2lbs and we are at 8:8 in an ideal world,. This other 1lb and a bit will go back on probably as soon as I have a big salty meal, if I am 8:8 next week I will be very happy, I would also be happy with 8:10, I do have some bizarre weigh ins 🤷♀️. Oh and I had my Covid-19 vaccination 💉
