I have been within the same five pounds for a long time now, and can't seem to get past it. I am considering adding some strength training to my regimine, but am uncertain the best way to start given the limited time I will have to do it. Maybe do exercises at home on the floor after I get home from Zumba or Tennis?
The pants are still fitting really good, I'm not smoking, and I feel wonderful.
I tried a smoothie made in my friend's Nutribullet. It tasted like crap. I didn't like it very much, and won't be buying one for myself. My next new "want to try it" is a Juicer.
