Trying to be healthy. In order to do so I need to lose some weight. In order to lose weight I need to eat better, by consuming healthy food and do simple exercise routine.

Sounds simple, huh? Why overcomplicate things? I just need to define "healthy food" and "exercise routine". The problem is - there is such thing as too much information, especially when it comes to this.

Food: no sugar, no junk food, no pre-made food, no bad food additives, no MSG, sulphites, colours, modified maize starch, glucose-fructose syrup. Yes to lots of vegetables, fruit, healthy meat, eggs, organic dairy.

Exercise: no overtraining, no expensive gym memberships, no damage to the joints. Yes to lot of walking, stretching, tabata, and short and targeted strength training.
