Unfortunately I am going away with some mates drinking for the next 2-3 days, so next weeks weigh in might not be in the right direction. Also, despite fairly strict eating I dropped to 77.3 on Wednesday, then put some on, then lost .2 to be 78.0 today. I realise it jumps around, but I like to see it everyday, so I can be extra strict if it's not doing what I want ;)
