I did not do so well on Saturday at Geis Christmas. I ate till I was a bloated billi goat! I even had 2 desserts. Then on Sunday I did not eat anything and just slept all day and night. today I was over on my carbs by about 30 grams not too bad. I will be stopping at crosstown to workout on the way home from work. I did go to yoga on Saturday so that was a win for my exercise plan!
90.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
