headed to planet fitness today to sign up and meet with a personal trainer. also calling nyquits today to help me stop smoking. excited that im down 2 lbs in the first week. going to eat and shower before the spawn wakes up and then its off to get him ready for school for his first day back after a long 2 week break. it was nice spending time with him though.
