Man, I have a hard time with the weekend too. I find that I chew a lot of sugarfree cinamon gum, which keeps me from snacking on all the kid-friendly food around our house. Keeping busy helps too... the more I'm out of the house doing stuff the less tempted I am. Since my kids are little, I take them to the playground or park. Maybe there's something comparable for you?
