Finally back to my lowest 154 I briefly touched in Dec/Jan. Hope it sticks the landing for a bit this time. So ready to be over the months long plateau. Comfortably on the 3rd notch of my watch instead of the 4th. Going to treat myself to a Steam game today. Busy hands and mind means less time thinking about food until my body tells me I'm getting hungry.
