I went over my calories last night because I didn't measure and do the math ahead of time. I didn't go over by much and still managed to drop .2 pounds. Just another reminder to be mindful of what I'm eating. I want to keep progressing down the scale, and that means working at it!
74.1 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
