- I lost almost 27kgs in 2018 (from 105 to 78), i am into this like now i am hundred percent sure which thing i am eating. The main benefit that the whole time gave me is i never calculate my calories, i always know how much calories i am consuming approximately.
- After that i never thought the weight loss will give you happiness, never ever. The one thing which gives you happiness is your own soul. Keep it pure and always be honest with you. Don't take negative energy from universe, just follow your heart, try to be chill, give your heart and mind some rest.
- You're the most important person in your life. Do not make your mind have believe on this thing if you loose weight then you'll be a good person, you're already a good person.
- I'm now just hitting hard weights in gym just for myself, because I want to, I myself is only one who keeps me motivated, no one else in the world.
- Still there are hundreds of thu8that I am not writing this time, maybe sometime next time.
- At last and again; START LOVING YOURSELF, BECAUSE YOU NEED YOURSELF. ❤️🤘
88 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
