Starting Dr. Eric Westman's 'prescription strength' End Your Carb Confusion Phase 1 20 carb today. Going to be a huge challenge for me. Addicted to ample non-dairy creamer in my coffee and nuts at lunch. Whine! Will see how long I can stay in my Big Girl panties without freaking out.
