successfully completed my fat loss goal of about 10 kg with a strict diet and normal body weight exercise within 6 months. Now my goal is to gain some muscle mass . Any suggestion guys??
65 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
