Today I’m officially down 10kg which is 22 lbs, the most fat and inches I loses is from my waist area . From 38 inches to 32.5 inches(Monday) bc usually I check my inches every Monday. It’s been 2 months and 15 days I started my weight loss journey. Started from 68kg and right now I’m 58kg. My target weight is 52-51kg height 163cm. I’m happy today I have day off as well from work. Going to have my cheat day today so for sure tomorrow my weight is not going to same as today so don’t hate me 😅😂. Just preparing myself. But I have to remember that summer is 2 months away only . You got this💪🏼6kg more to go or 6.5kg lol
