so as I felt my weight loss progress was quite slow, I did 2 24 hour fasts this week.. it was challenging but reading about IF and its benefits to our health really kept me going. I did my first fast Monday afternoon to Tuesday after and my second fast Wed to Thursday. I got on scales this morning and have lost 2 pounds yay!! I'm happy with the results. I'm going to try and do this again next week with the hope of losing 2pounds again 🙏🏽🙏🏽
