Drank a massive amount of water yesterday. I’m upping my water intake and cutting out flavored waters.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good idea I don't do flavored but I to sparkling water like Perrier water good luck 😊

I definitely hear what you are saying same here just trust yourself and try to cut back on sodium I know how hard that can be I have to do the same thing be blessed 😊
