It's been three weeks since I last weighed in and it shows. I can either feel sorry for myself or get back on track AGAIN!!! I'm not going to make excuses but this time some of the weight came on because I started weight lifting at the gym.Even though I gained weight I can see a little bit of a difference in the mirror. The rest is just no control. So here I go again and say this is day one and a new beginning.
