I am now on my second week on my 3 week phase. I have been running almost every other day. I am hoping that I can start lifting weights soon because I really miss it but I have been feeling so tired I don't want to push too hard and then get sick. I am confident that I will get to my goal. I am so tempted to just take a little piece of everything that I am not suppose to eat. The other day I ate some cookies and it was like a domino-effect cause I had those cookies then I had some pound cake. Today waffles are my enemy, it keeps calling me telling me it won't make that much of a difference but I know it's lying. It wants to get me in so I can fall. I am looking forward to losing more so I can fit back into some of my clothes.
