Alhamdulillah setelah hampir 3 minggu pola diet dan olahraganya ditunda dulu krn sakit dan sampai total recovery, hari ini timbang badan trnyata turun 0.2. kg 😅 dari sblm sakit 62 kg an, not bad lah utk memulai lg. semangat para pejuang diet sehat!! 💪🏻😊
