Whoo Hoo! This week I followed my diet pretty well. I was under 1800 each day...The goal is around 1600...the highest day was on saturday and that was a little over 2000. I lost 5 lbs this week. Nutrition - Good...Exercise BAD, I only went 2 times and both of those times it was with the trainer. Will do at least 5 times this week. Its on!!!
