I had a huge long entry all completed and hit save, unfortunately it did not. Don't really want to repeat it all again. Suffice it to say my meals were well planned out ahead of time aside from the issue with the recipe, all went well. I ended up with a calorie deficit of just under 200 for the day, not really what I had wanted, but not gonna sweat it.
Planning now for tomorrow and going to work on reviewing my recipes in my cookbook for accuracy so that does not happen again!
Time to get ready for football...Packers v Bears, I am torn. Still mourning the sad loss of my beloved Pats last weekend. Oops, got tennis on too (Australian Open) guess I will have to split the big screen and watch both simultaneously!
