It's been a really hard past few days after the break-up. I really haven't done anything but sit around and cry, but I know that has to change. Yesterday, I physically just didn't feel like I could eat, but my mom made me at least eat a sandwich and some Oreo's. I know this should give me every reason to work my butt off exercising and eating right, but part of me just wants to give up on life for a while. I know it's always so silly to say those things over a boyfriend but we were together for 3 years and he was my very best friend, and I miss him more than words can say. I've got to find some motivation from within to keep going.
