Recording another slight weight gain. I was had 1456 calories yesterday, and 191g carbs,more than I have had for almost 6 weeks. I had a couple of squares of 80%dark chocolate. Delicious, but paid the price. I still have not had one single potato, or one grain of rice, or crumb of bread in that 6 weeks, only pita bread.
