Had a real good week. I done just about everything I was suppose to do. This morning I started drinking water as soon as I got up because its suppose to burn fat and get your metabolism going. Cheers
132.4 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week
