The three new methods that have been working is using the fat tracker app to log my food intake and exercise, running/walking for 30 mins in the evening, and aiming to consume <100 grams of carbs a day.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
