Excited!! I ordered a fancy new scale that measures BMI and tracks it on my phone. I also ordered a smart watch. With my job sitting down most of the day and doing full time school it is so difficult to find an extra few minutes to get exercise in. Maybe this little motivation will help.
Goals for the day: -stick to meal plan -work on 5 page english paper (anyone want to do this one for me???)
