I like your plan. I need to build muscle too. How do you plan to do it? I don't leave my house, so I am planning to go old school with hand weights, resistance exercises, etc. to start.

Yes, those are all easy to do anywhere! Thanks for the congrats. I can lose weight in short bursts. Check in one month later and I'll be face down in a bag of Cheetos.

Intermittent Fasting def makes the difference for me... Been teetering on the brink of the 170's for waaaay too long - thanks for the inspiration to get there and get serious again!! 🤗

Yes, definitely looking for in-home strength training options! I have hand weights somewhere gathering dust... time to find them and put them to use! I was also thinking maybe resistance bands? I would have to research it out and buy them, but they seem like a good solution too!

buying and using ... two different kettles of fish... I have lots of bands. I use them some ... especially for legs... but I use my weights a lot more

I have some resistance tubes with handles from wal.art website. they're 150 pounds of resistance and we're less than $20. they worked well until I outgrew them. thankfully our gyms are open and pretty unrestricted.
