After week one, not much change. Shed a few lbs of water weight or whatever. Feeling really good about my little daily workouts, they keep my energy up and my appetite down.

arm somehow 12.5 lol down from 14
don't feel a need to measure my neck
belly same 37
73.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
