Lunch: Homemade Kale Soup blackberries a sliver of pumpkin pie (oops...)
Dinner: Sloppy Joe Broccoli
Snacks (10am & 2pm): Kashi bar Banana & almond butter
Had four 32 oz bottles of water Had all my vitamins/meds Ate just about equal to what I burned (-3)
