This week was horrible. Between losing my great grandma and not being home I have had horrible eating patterns this week. So from today until next Friday it is time to step it up a few. I will walk 2 miles everyday and do pilates at least 2x. I will also not eat after 7:30. I hope to see at least a 2lb difference by next Friday.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hey ... given what you've been through this past week I would say 1 lb up is not bad. I know any movement up is difficult to see but it sounds like you have a good plan for the rest of this week. You will do fine. Take care of yourself!!
