Sbnernya mulai diet itu bulan desember awalan desember itu di bb 59 trs beberapa hari lalu aku 56.. Nah stuck skitar 5 harian gtu.
Soalnya ini pertama diet.. Jadi kaget sama bingung mesti gimana
